At a young age, I was fascinated by print design. I analysed the layout of brochures, and created magazines with a typewriter and cut-out images. Later this passion moved into the digital space with the creation of blogs for my favourite music genres. Once I finished high school, my love for web design secured me a steady stream of freelance projects. Over the years, my interests expanded to graphic, UX, and motion design.
I currently live in New York, and work as a product designer at Perlego. If you can't find me behind my screen, I enjoy riding my bike, taking photos and going to concerts.
I started dabbling with HTMLÂ and CSS to build simple websites and customise blog layouts.
With the rise of skeuomorphism, I got interested in creating graphics in Photoshop and Illustrator. Later this interest developed into learning the underlying principles of graphic design.
After high school, I started turning my passion for web design into a freelance business.
I shifted from designing websites to designing native iOS/Android apps and learned how to conduct UX research.
Adding motion and 3D design to my toolkit helped me better direct attention and show causality between screens.
